🛒 Ordering
Create a free account on our website, add a payment method, then fill out the order form. Choose your service, pickup date, time window, and preferences. We'll confirm via SMS and our driver will be there on time.
Yes — the minimum order for Wash & Fold is $25.00. There is no minimum for Wash & Press or Dry Cleaning, though individual item prices apply.
For Wash & Press and Dry Cleaning, yes — you can place the order and our team will note the items at pickup. For Wash & Fold, item selection isn't required since we price by weight. Just place your order and we handle the rest.
Same-day pickup may be available depending on schedule. Please call us directly at (347) 675-5023 to check availability. We'll do our best to accommodate.
🚗 Pickup & Delivery
We offer four pickup methods: In Person (you hand your bag to our driver), At the Door (we collect from outside your door), Lobby (we coordinate with building staff), and Curbside (you leave the bag at the curb). Choose what works best for your building and schedule.
We operate 7 days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM. You can select a 3-hour pickup window when placing your order.
Typically 1–2 business days, depending on service type and volume. Dry cleaning may take longer for specialty items. We'll confirm your estimated delivery date via SMS.
Yes. If your schedule changes, please call us at (347) 675-5023 as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate reschedule requests.
🧺 Laundry Care
Yes, always. We separate darks and lights as standard practice. If you have specific separation requirements, please note them in the Special Instructions field when placing your order.
You can choose from our available options: Free (hypoallergenic, standard), Premium (branded, +$2.00), or Kids (gentle formula, +$1.00). If you have a severe allergy or specific requirement, please call us.
Yes. Select "Kids" detergent when placing your order for a gentle, baby-safe formula. It is available for an additional $1.00.
Delicates, activewear, wool, silk, and items with potential for shrinkage should be hang dried. Select "Hang Dry" in your preferences (+$3.00) or note specific items in the instructions field.
Yes. We offer specialty cleaning for wedding dresses and other formal garments. Pricing varies based on the garment. Please call us at (347) 675-5023 to discuss before placing the order.
Yes. We recycle wire hangers. Simply include them with your next pickup and our driver will take them back.
💳 Payment & Pricing
You are NOT charged when you place the order. Your order is priced by our team after pickup (for Wash & Fold, we weigh the items; for other services, items are counted). You'll receive an SMS with your total, and payment is processed after your garments are ready for delivery.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) securely via Stripe. Your card is stored securely and charged only after your order is priced and confirmed.
Every new customer who creates an account receives a $10 bonus credit. This credit is automatically applied to reduce the total of your first order. No promo code needed — it's added to your account at registration.
Charges are generally final and non-refundable, as stated in our Terms & Conditions. However, if you have a concern about your order, please contact us at (347) 675-5023 and we will do our best to resolve it fairly.
⚠️ Lost or Damaged Items
Any discrepancy in item count must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and your ticket must be presented. Unless a written list accompanied your bundle, our count is the reference. Our liability for any lost item is capped at 10 times our processing charge for that item.
We handle every garment with professional care. However, we cannot assume responsibility for damage caused by pre-existing weaknesses or defects in the fabric that were not apparent before processing. If you believe an item was damaged due to our handling, please contact us within 48 hours.
