The cleaning is the easy part. The annoying part is the two trips — one to drop off during the narrow window you are actually free, one to collect, usually with a ticket you have lost. That is the part we remove. You book a window, the driver takes the pieces from your door, and they come back on hangers, covered, on our next delivery run.
Everything is priced per item, never by weight. A shirt and a winter coat take different work, so they carry different prices — and you see the total by text before anything is charged. Pickup and delivery are free, in every neighborhood we serve, with no minimum on dry cleaning.
Not everything labelled “dry clean” is best served by solvent. Plenty of modern garments — unlined wool, some silks, structured cotton — come out better with wet cleaning: a controlled water process with specialist detergents and conditioned drying that is gentler on the fibre and leaves no solvent smell in the closet. We pick between the two per garment rather than following the label blindly, and where a piece genuinely needs solvent, it gets solvent.
Send dry cleaning on its own or alongside a regular Wash & Fold bag. Most customers do both in one pickup: put the dry cleaning in a separate bag, mention it when you book, and it comes back separately too — laundry folded in bags, dry cleaning pressed on hangers.

Yes — dry cleaning is collected from your door on the same route as everything else, seven days a week between 7 AM and 10 PM. There's no counter to visit and no ticket to keep: you book a window, hand over the pieces, and they come back pressed on hangers.

Standard turnaround is next day after pickup. Heavier or delicate pieces — a long coat, a gown, anything needing hand finishing — can take an extra day, and we tell you when the order is priced rather than after you've waited.
All three. Blazers, two- and three-piece suits, business dresses, short and long coats, and evening or wedding gowns are regular work. Gowns are quoted individually because boning, beading and layered skirts each need different handling.

Usually, and we try before we charge for it. Tell us what the stain is and roughly how old when you book — solvent choice depends on it. Some stains, especially old heat-set ones on silk or wool, can't be removed without damaging the fabric; we'll say so instead of quietly returning the piece.
