Wash & Fold — fluff and fold, wash-dry-fold, whatever your last laundromat called it — is the service for ordinary laundry. Clothes, towels, sheets, kids’ things. It is charged by the pound rather than per garment, which is what makes it the cheap way to clean a household week: a mixed bag of thirty items costs the same as thirty of the same thing.
You do not sort anything. Whites, colours and delicates are separated here, and each household’s laundry is washed and kept apart from everyone else’s. Empty the pockets, mention anything that needs special handling, and that is the whole preparation.
Nothing is charged when you book. The bag is weighed, priced from the live rate, and you get a text with the total before any payment is taken — so the number on your card is one you have already seen.

Yes. Free hypoallergenic and fragrance-free is the default, with premium branded and gentle kids-safe formulas available. Softener, dryer sheets, bleach and oxygen brightener are optional too, and your choices are saved so every future order repeats them.
Choose hang dry at booking, or note the specific pieces in the instructions, and they're air-dried instead. Activewear, wool, silk and anything with shrinkage risk are the usual candidates.
Bedding and towels go in by the pound like everything else. Comforters, duvets, blankets and pillows are priced per item rather than by weight, because their weight has little to do with the work they take.
