Deliver Laundry ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our website and services.
SMS Notifications & Mobile Information
We collect your mobile phone number to verify your identity and to deliver transactional updates about your orders (order confirmation, scheduled pickup, ready for delivery, on the way, and delivered status). You consent to these order messages when you create an account or place an order and agree to our Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy, which are shown to you at that point. Order messages are the reason we ask for your number, and they are what you consent to. We may occasionally text an offer from our own shop — nothing from anyone else, ever — and any text we send can be stopped with STOP, which stops the offers without affecting anything you have to know about an order in progress.
Mobile information & opt-in consent are NOT shared. All categories of personal data we collect exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. Reply HELP for support, or contact us at order@deliverlaundry.com.

SMS Notification Terms
Program name: Deliver Laundry Order Notifications
Description: SMS messages about your laundry orders — order confirmation, scheduled pickup time, order ready for delivery, on the way, and delivered status updates — and, occasionally, an offer from Deliver Laundry itself. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on order activity (typically 2–5 messages per order).
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Deliver Laundry does not charge for SMS; standard mobile carrier rates from your wireless plan apply.
Opt-in: You provide your mobile number and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy when you create an account or place an order at deliverlaundry.com or in the Deliver Laundry app; that is how you consent to receive the transactional order messages described above. These are service messages about an order you placed, plus the occasional offer from our own shop. We never share your number or your consent with anyone else, for their marketing or for any other purpose. You can stop the messages at any time with STOP, as described below.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS we send to opt out immediately. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network conditions and carrier filtering.
