Mobile information & opt-in consent are NOT shared. All categories of personal data we collect exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

Description: Transactional SMS messages about your laundry orders — order confirmation, scheduled pickup time, order ready for delivery, on the way, and delivered status updates. No marketing or promotional content.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on order activity (typically 2–5 messages per order).
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Deliver Laundry does not charge for SMS; standard mobile carrier rates from your wireless plan apply.
Opt-in: SMS notifications are optional. You opt in by checking the dedicated SMS consent checkbox during signup or order placement at deliverlaundry.com. SMS consent is separate from agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, and you may use Deliver Laundry without opting in.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS we send to opt out immediately. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
